**Consumer Data Leads does not guarantee and/or warrant the deliverability of any mailing list by the United States Post Office Service when using our data lists. It is the customers responsibility to verify all addresses with a USPS (United States Postal Service) program and/or use a qualified mail house; both will increase the quality of your addresses address verification and regular database cleansing with a USPS® CASS Certified™ software program.

**An address verification program will save you time and money i.e. you do not waste materials and postage sending advertisement to non-deliverable addresses. An address verification program should be powered by a CASS Certified™ address verification search engine that meets the strictest USPS specifications for address accuracy and ZIP + 4® codes.

What Is Email Marketing?

Email marketing is a form of direct marketing that uses email as its communication channel. Direct marketing is an umbrella term used to describe all marketing forms that go straight to the end user, thus not passing through the traditional advertising channels, which include television, print and radio.

Companies using email marketing basically collect the email addresses of prospects and clients, and then send email messages to those subscribers, containing information about the products, special offers and so on. The company must explicitly ask permission to collect the email address and send future messages, and this is usually done with a double opt-in process (where the subscribe must fill a form with his name and email address, and then click on a confirmation link sent via email).

The Rule of Seven is an old marketing adage. It says that a prospect needs to see or hear your marketing message (email) at least seven
times before they take action and buy from you. Now the number seven isn’t cast in stone. The truth of the Rule of Seven is you
can’t just engage in a marketing activity and then be done. Marketing must be an on-going process in order for it to be successful.

So why do prospects need to hear your message so many times before taking action? If you are doing your marketing well, you
are targeting the right people; your ideal customers. You have created powerful marketing materials that use language your
target audience relates to. You speak to their major problems and how you can solve them. Why don’t they jump to their feet and
grab what you have to offer the first time they see your message?

Phone Numbers

All phone numbers are scrubbed with the DNC list. With that being said … we do not guarantee phone numbers with our data. The phone numbers were verified when added to our database … but circumstances change. Nevertheless, we have over 58% of our database has a phone number.
